14 activists arrested hanging two banners in the Hart Senate Building. One displayed the Articles of Impeachment from the Constitution; the other a message to Congress "Your Silence, Your Legacy".

Summer of 2007
10,000 postcards printed of those banners. Activists took to the streets asking people to write messages to Congress. Thousands of postcards were written.

September 11th and 12th
