This photo was taken by AP thismorning, Wednesday August 29th, 2007.  Rove is due back in D.C. tonight.  As you know he has resigned and leaves office on the 31st of this month.  White House pranksters wrapped his jaguar in plastic wrap on the private driveway next to the West Wing.  Rove had left his car there while he visited Texas and travelled with Bush.
