Taking to the streets on Oct. 27 -- How you can help
Dear Kim,

With the support of you and thousands of others the ImpeachBush movement joined together with the anti-war movement for a spectacular mass demonstration in Washington DC on September 15. Led by Iraq war veterans and parents whose children died in Iraq, more than 100,000 people marched together.
The demonstration culminated in a resounding demand at the doors of Congress to End the War Now and Impeach Bush. The momentum from September 15 is evident as people have returned to their towns and communities energized and are organizing impeachment actions.
We are hitting the streets again on October 27 as mass actions sweep this country in mass regional demonstrations in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Seattle, Boston, Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale, Fl., Chatanooga, New Orleans, Salt Lake City, Philadelphia, Jonesboro, and others.
ImpeachBush is mobilizing buses, printing posters, placards and leaflets for October 27. Please join us on that day and let the message of impeachment appear in the streets from one end of the country to the other.
This movement is growing. The people can make the difference. The politicians provide cover for Bush’s criminal war in Iraq, his illegal spying on the people, his creation of secret torture facilities and his other illegal and impeachable offenses. But the people are organizing to demand that Bush and every elected official be held accountable for illegal activity. Impeachment can never be “off the table," and the impeachment movement is making it clear that we won't let it be. The pressure on Congress to act is building.
